I was cheated and was not given a room.I lost my money because you didn't give me the customer care number. I couldn't find the room. I didn't get my money back tomorrow.

I have been to Viceroy Grand Hotel, for the stay was good and the rooms were average, and the staff was good, but at the time of checkout, they have troubled me, so I didn’t like the way they behaved. They were forcing me to do check out, but even though the timings are there, still, they need to give some privacy and time, so they have called me again and again, so that was the main issue for me with that hotel or else like it it was good

Good location, but very average maintenance. Good food, but that's the location advantage, mattresses were worn out and caused huge discomfort and pain in the back. They don't have a clue what to do

The best budget 3 star hotel i visited in recent days the locality is very nearby to railway station which is walkable and all the important places in the city

room is ok, beds are damaged. no proper car parking. no veg items in dinner 😞. i have not taken any photos 😕

The room is clean and the room service is good. We didn't try the complementary breakfast. Overall i recommend the place for my friends to stay.
